Identifying Forms

When attending the course, it is crucial that you bring 3 identification forms with you as evidence to get you enrolled into the course on that day. You will have to bring 1 from Class A:

Passport (Signed, Current, Valid)

UK Birth Certificate (issued within 12 month of birth)

A driving licence photocard and its paper counterpart issued by the Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA) in Northern Ireland

UK Biometric Residence Permit Card

After you have made sure you have selected 1 from the above documents, you will be required to bring 2 documents from Class B below this text:

Bank or building society statement from the last 3 months (we will accept 2 statements, but only if they are from different banks or building societies)

Woman Reviewing Bills

A utility bill from the last 3 months (no phone bills)

Purple Credit Card

A credit card statement from the last 3 months (we will accept 2 statements, but only if they are from different credit-card providers)

Accounting Documents

A council tax statement from the last 12 months

A pension, endowment or ISA statement from the last 12 months

Tax return

A P45 or P60 tax statement from the last 12 months

A letter from the last 3 months from any of the following:

  • HM Revenue and Customs

​

  • The Department of Work and Pensions

​

  • A Jobcentre Plus – or any other employment service

​

  • A local authority
